The programme has been developed by Homes for Haringey in consultation with residents and key stakeholders Qualifying Long Term Agreements (QLTA) have been issued to Leaseholders Borough wide June 2008 & July 2009. Resident consultation input both tenant & leaseholder via members of the Procurement & Repairs Panel.
