The creation of a Children’s Trust was noted and approval granted, following further discussion and negotiations with Strategic Partners, at the Cabinet meeting on the 21st April. Cabinet agreed to a further report setting out the detailed governance framework and partnership agreement for the Trust to be submitted to the meeting on the 16th June.
