Homes for Haringey Committee of the Board takes the lead on
ensuring there are robust controls in place to provide an assurance
to the Board that risk is managed .
It does
this by:
agreeing and overseeing the internal and external audit
functions including the outcomes of Resident Scrutiny Panel
reviews; risk management strategy and reporting and reports to the
Board on issue and controls, manages the financial and health and
safety policies for the Board, and It oversees the fraud and
probity polices. It also monitors contractual obligations at a
strategic level.
