To approve the minutes of the meeting of 27 May 2011 (attached).

To consider and respond to proposals for transforming CAMHS in-patient services for young people living in Barnet, Enfield & Haringey in line with best practice (covering report and consultation document attached).

(i)                  To receive an update on commissioning plans that have been developed across the NHS in North Central London and on the current financial position across the cluster;

(ii)                To consider the concerns that have been raised by the North Central London Local Medical Committees in respect of QIPP primary care initiatives (attached); and

(iii)              To consider and comment on QIPP plans in relation to care closer to home (report attached).

To consider the response of the Royal Free Hampstead to the recent Care Quality Commission (CQC) report into dignity and nutrition for older people at the hospital.  A covering report, a copy of the CQC report and the action plan by the Royal Free Hampstead are attached.

To consider the re-commissioning of Diabetic Retinal Screening (DRS) services (report and presentation attached).

(i)                  To consider to re-tendering of the out-of-hours contract for GP services in Camden, Haringey and Islington (report and presentation attached);

(ii)                To receive an update on the Committee’s request for access to the report commissioned by Camden PCT into the circumstances leading to the demise of Camidoc.
