FILMING AT MEETINGS

The report will seek Cabinet Member approval to enter into a contract on a lump sum basis for Holcombe Road Public Realm Scheme to the sum of £652,337 to Cosmur Construction (London) Limited, for a contract period of 25 weeks. The report also requests Cabinet Member approval to instruct Haringey Council’s Legal Services to issue a Letter of Intent, not exceeding 10% of the contract sum as allowed under CSO 9.07.3 whilst formal works contracts are being prepared.

A report was tabled which sought Cabinet Member approval to enter into contract on a lump sum basis for Holcombe Road Public Realm Scheme in the sum of £652,337 to Cosmur Construction (London) Limited, for a  contract period of 25 weeks. The scheme would involve redevelopment of the Holcombe Road market and public realm works comprising; new market kiosks, paving, signage and CCTV in this area. The Cabinet Member noted that the scheme would start on the 7th December but that there would be activity on site prior to this.

 

 

RESOLVED

 

I). That the contract for the Holcombe Road Public Realm Scheme works to    be awarded to Cosmur Construction (London) Limited in the amount of £652,337.

 

II). That authorisation be given for the issue of a letter of intent, not exceeding 10% of the contract sum as allowed under CSO 9.07.3 whilst formal works contracts are being prepared.
