School Admissions

Further information was requested on exclusions data, and Hornsey Depot s106 contribution.

Hornsey Depot – Section 106

The S106 obligations include a £500k contribution to school places, subject to final conclusion of grant of planning permission.  The payment date for the receipt of the £500k will depend on the details of the S106 agreement, but it will be some time in the future once development has commenced.  When it actually arrives, we include it in our funding package available for new places.

Finsbury Park Stakeholder Group

Updates of the group meetings shall be provided to all future forum meetings.

Park Road Leisure Centre

The general consensus of the meeting was that the diving boards should be kept at Park Road.  The Chair agreed to write to the Cabinet Member and request that the Council work with the local community to agree a way forward.

The date of the next meeting will be confirmed in due course.

The Chair thanked all of the Councillors for their contributions over the past year, and thanked those Councillors who would be stepping down at the end of the Municipal Year.
