Issue - meetings

The Chair will consider the admission of any late items of Urgent Business. (Late items of Urgent Business will be considered under the agenda item where they appear. New items of Urgent Business will be dealt with under Item 18 below. New items of exempt business will be dealt with at Item 24 below).

The Leader advised that Cabinet would consider the minutes of the Regulatory Committee which met on the 17^th of January, after publication of the Cabinet papers, and considered items 8, 10 and 11 on the agenda .This was in accordance with Part three of the Council Constitution, section B, and paragraph D which required the Regulatory Committee to make informal recommendations to Cabinet on planning policy matters.
