To confirm and sign the minutes of the Committee held on 17 January 2012.

Prior to confirmation of the minutes, the following points were made:

Action 12 – A meeting was still to be arranged with Professor Clarke, residents and Councillor Wilson to discuss the issue of encroachment on Parkland Walk.

The minutes of the meeting held on 17 January 2012 were approved as a correct record.
