(Report of the Director of Place and Sustainability – To be introduced by the Cabinet Member for Finance and Carbon Reduction): To provide an update on the ongoing negotiations pursuant to entering into a Development Agreement and to seek approval to revise the terms of the Land Agreement previously reported in July 2010.
