(Report of the Interim Director of Place and Sustainability – To be introduced by the Cabinet Member for the Environment): To approve a protocol between the Council and Birmingham City Council in relation to cross border working; to authorise the Director of Place and Sustainability to enter into the protocol between the London Borough of Haringey and Birmingham City Council in relation to cross border working and to authorise the Director of Place and Sustainability to sign the Instrument of Delegation on behalf of the Council.
