(Report of  the Director of Urban Environment – To be introduced by the Cabinet Member for Housing): To obtain authorisation to submit to the Secretary of State a request for Compulsory Purchase Orders in respect of the nine properties listed in this report following the owners’ failure to repair and bring the properties back into use.

We noted that the report sought authorisation to submit to the Secretary of State a request for Compulsory Purchase Orders in respect of nine properties listed in this report following the owners’ failure to repair and bring the properties back into use.

 

RESOLVED:

 

That approval be granted to the submission of the following properties to the Secretary of State for a confirmed Order under compulsory purchase powers:

·        26 Gedeney Road N17

·        39 Broad Lane N15

·        160 Seaford Road N15

·        95 Birkbeck Road N17
