Issue - meetings

The Chair will consider the admission of any late items of urgent business (late items will be considered under the agenda item where they appear. New items will be dealt with at item 18 below).

The committee received as urgent business the report ‘Budget Scrutiny 2008/09’.  The report was admitted as late business as it included recommendations made by the Overview & Scrutiny committee at its meeting of 7^th January 2008.  The report would be considered as a new item of Urgent Business under item 18.
