Alternative options were considered at RIBA
Stage 0 & 1. However, only store conversion works offer a
desirable outcome as described in the project brief such as to
provide equal teaching experience to all pupils.
The project has been competitively tendered and on this basis it is
considered that this award offers the Council best value
