Request for implementation of CSO re Ilse Amlot Women and Childrens Centre

Decision Maker: Assistant Director for Corporate Property and Major Projects

Decision status: Recommendations Approved

Is Key decision?: No

Is subject to call in?: No

Decision:

To approve the implementation of Contract Standing Order 10.02.1b and vary and increase fees for Multi Disciplinary Design Services in relation to construction work undertaken at Ilse Amlot Women and Childrens Centre

Reasons for the decision:

To ensure Haringey Council can adhere to its contractual obligations and make contractual payments for services provided

Alternative options considered:

The original appointment followed a tender process where bids were invited from suppliers within the CRCS2012 Framework Agreement (Lot 1).

A do nothing option would mean that the Council would be unable to make payment of amounts owed to the supplier and would mean it would be in breach of its contractual obligations and would be at risk of incurring additional interest costs on unpaid amounts
