Approve a variation of £989.30 to
existing consultancy contract awards
To extend the value of consultancy awards to
fully support RIBA Stages 0-7 in accordance with projected
construction values
One option for consideration would be to
commission a new tender exercise for a consultancy team to deliver
the remaining RIBA design stages. However, as the project team were
competitively selected from the Councils Construction Related
Consultancy framework 2012 on the basis of supporting all RIBA
Design Stages (0-7) a new exercise would not be efficient in terms
of time and knowledge and would therefore not be advantageous to
the project or Council overall
